By accepting this invoice, scheduling, or receiving services from The Spider Guys, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following legally binding terms. If you do not agree, you must notify us prior to the scheduled service to cancel or reschedule.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accounts unpaid after 30 days may incur late fees and may be referred to a collection agency. The client is responsible for all reasonable costs of collection, including administrative fees, legal fees, and third-party collection charges.

Refund Policy

Payments made in advance for services not yet performed may be eligible for a refund upon request. Where payment was made by credit card, any approved refund will be reduced by a 3.8% fee, representing actual, non-recoverable payment processing charges incurred at the time of the original transaction. Refunds, credits, or adjustments after service has been scheduled or performed are not automatic and will only be issued where The Spider Guys determines, acting reasonably and in good faith, that such action is warranted, including under any applicable service guarantee. Where a service has been partially completed, any approved refund may be prorated based on labour, materials used, and work completed, less the applicable processing fee.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a service. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to provide access at the scheduled time, may result in a rescheduling or cancellation fee of $45 + HST.

Customer Responsibilities

The client must complete all preparation requirements as communicated prior to service. Failure to do so may reduce treatment effectiveness and may require additional visits. Additional visits required due to inadequate preparation will be charged at $45 + HST per visit. The Spider Guys is not responsible for reduced effectiveness or outcomes resulting from incomplete or improper preparation.

Access & Safety

The client must provide safe, unobstructed, and lawful access to all treatment areas at the scheduled time. If conditions are deemed unsafe or inaccessible, service may be suspended, cancelled, or rescheduled, and applicable fees may apply.

Chemical Use

All products are applied in accordance with applicable federal and provincial regulations and label requirements. When used as directed, treatments are considered safe; however, the client is responsible for following all post-treatment instructions. The Spider Guys is not responsible for any issues arising from failure to follow provided instructions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Spider Guys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Guarantee

Eligible seasonal plans include a 160-day structural warranty beginning from the initial service date. If covered pest activity reoccurs during this period, The Spider Guys will provide retreatment at no additional charge. This guarantee applies only to treated, roofed structures (including homes, garages, and sheds) within the standard service area. It does not apply to flying insects, single-service treatments, or non-structural areas such as decks, fences, trees, landscaping, or yard features. All guarantee claims are subject to verification and qualification. Services provided outside the standard service area may be subject to modified or limited warranty coverage.
