The Spider Guy’s Guarantee is our promise to our customers that they will get what they paid for!  While we make every effort to ensure our Home Guard and structural applications are applied to last long term, there are many environmental factors that can break product down. Heat, excessive rain, aggressive wind, etc – can all contribute to lower efficacy and effectiveness. 

As part of our commitment to our clients, we offer complimentary retreatment services when that occurs in areas that are covered by our guarantee. However, it is important to note that where we can guarantee longevity and where we cannot.  It is also important to remember that this industry is for pest control and not pest elimination. No one can promise 100% removal, but here at the guys we endeavor to keep a promise of no webs on the home!
