Very professional and efficient! We tried The Spider Guys for the first time last year and we didn’t have any issues with pesky critters last fall. We’ll be having our yard sprayed again this year. Thanks Spider Guys, we can finally enjoy our backyard again!

Had David from spider guys out first for an ant problem very helpful then had a rodent problem this week under our deck call & they came out promptly to eradicate this issue Would highly recommend this company ! Again this week we had another rodent problem under our deck ,called Cody promptly called came out solved this issue again & gave s sample of product to purchase for future use They are the “Best!”

I appreciate this team very much! They are always flexible and very professional. They put in extra work to make sure every nook and cranny is covered on our larger lot. We had boxelders and they took care of them with one spray! We switched to Spider Guys because of a bad experience with another company. Highly recommend this company – they care about the result and their customer first. Customer service and product quality are 100%.

This is my second time using spider guys, I have to say I used them last year and did a fantastic job, one application no spiders all season.
This year unfortunately I was charge almost $300 to spray the exterior of my home and my back yard, the service didn’t not work, I called them to say we are still noticing spiders.
I was told that it has been almost a month and I would need to redo it, so I’m subpost to pay $300 each month ?!?!
how can you charge $300 per application and not guarantee, your service and product, I’m
Not saying 100 percent but at least half of the amount of spiders in my yard.
my neighbour used another reliable company and paid much less.($70.00)
For the amount of money I spent for one time I could have done it four times with my neighbour company and he has no spider after the first application.
Sorry Spiders guys, but I have to go someplace else, as it’s not the problem
of the cost, but I expected better quality for the price.
Update on my last review after my one star review Cody reached and made sure we were happy he has taking it upon himself to make sure we were treated right and that we educated on what we needed for our property, he has handle the negative review as a professional he care deeply for his company and his customers. And made things right.

The spider guys do a great job, their product works and is not toxic. They respond right away if you want to make a change and they text me with an accurate arrival time. They do a thorough job every time. They have been taking care of our home for years. We are very pleased with their service and quality.

I had my house sprayed for spiders a few weeks ago and couldnt be happier with the job that The Spider Guys did. I called and got ahold of the receptionist who was accomodating and professional. Immediately after hanging up the phone I received a phone call from Walter asking about my appointment. You cannot ask for a better turnaround time. Walter was also a complete gentleman and provided me with more details regarding the service. Mark was the technician sent out to perform the service and he was experienced, knowledgeable, and personable. He answered the few questions I had effectively and addressed all of my concerns. Around an hour after Mark left it began to rain moderately and I was worried that the chemical would be diluted and I would need a respray but the spray is still working and keeping the spiders away even after several severe storms. A+++
I cannot say enough about this company. They are polite and professional, always on time, and they are always available to answer my messages, calls or texts. Their service is beyond exceptional. Such a refreshing experience from what I have had in the past from other companies. I completely trust their services and have never been dissatisfied. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone because they stand by what they do and they deliver as promised.

If they spray and it we start seeing spiders and such start coming back, we contact them and they arrange to come back out.

I am a out of town landlord and had used The Spider Guys service for issues with Spiders and bugs at my Investment property. Cody was responsive, easy to work with and had very reasonable/competitive pricing. The communication was seamless where The Spider Guys coordinated the application with the tenant and the results were fantastic- NO MORE BUGS! My friend suggested Siper Guys and I had a great experience. I called in the late morning about spiders and the were ready to be at my house by that evening. It didnt work for me but they were there the next morning. They were so accommodating, quick, no muss no fuss. It was great. Thank you so much, Ill absolutely use this company from now on. Very happy with the service I received! Cody was quick to respond to any of my questions before coming by, and all of my areas of concern were taken care of. Ive only seen 2 bugs in the last few days and they were both dead and dried out so Im very happy about that – whereas the last couple of weeks we were finding *multiple* centipedes and spiders a day. Great communication and follow up. The guys work around your schedule and make for a very easy process from start to finish. Got sprayed a few weeks ago and so far has been very effective in keeping the spiders under control. We live in Tecumseh and always have TONS of them. Highly recommend!
