Our Guarantee is our promise to our customers that they will get what they paid for! While we make every effort to ensure our Home Guard and structural applications are applied to last long term, there are many environmental factors that can break product down. Heat, excessive rain, aggressive wind, etc – can all contribute to lower efficacy and effectiveness.
As part of our commitment to our clients, we offer complimentary retreatment services when that occurs in areas that are covered by our guarantee. However, it is important to note that where we can guarantee longevity and where we cannot. It is also important to remember that this industry is for pest control and not pest elimination. No one can promise 100% removal, but here at The Spider Guys we promise to do our absolute best to control the pests in and around your home.

What is Covered By The Guarantee?
While we wish it was possible to provide effective control to all desired areas on a property, limitations on application rates, environmental factors, exposure, and ethical use cases (Ie patio furniture, kid’s play equipment, blooming flowers, etc), can cause some areas to have activity following treatment.
Our guarantee applies only to treated structures on the property that have a roof. We may treat other areas around the home, some by request, but these are all considered to be courtesys for treatment as we have no way to guarantee the longevity of the treatment.

When to Ask for a Callback
We make every reasonable effort to work with our customers to ensure a seamless, easy call back experience in the event that the spray is not working as intended.
However, there are a few requirements we need in order to validate the need for retreatment. If a call back claim is made and we return to the property to find no existing evidence that a call back is required, a $45+hst call back fee will be billed to the customer.
Setting the expectations of what qualifies a call back is important in our effort to providing the best services and customer care in the industry.
